August's Top Ten Sites

Along an award for one particular feautred site, I also advertise the top ten sites in the book. However the montly site and the top ten are completely different and don't influence the other in any way. Monthly featured is more of a personal favorite, which the top ten is based on very specific requirements. I recalculate the top ten every month, but some placements may not change.

To make the top ten, you're site must be have a high star ranking. 5-star sites are the most likely to be featured here. (How do you gain stars?)
